On Chinese metal cutter wheels, the government will not issue anti-dumping duties.
The Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR), which recommended implementing the tax, was not recognised by the finance ministry, thus the government has chosen not to impose anti-dumping duties on Chinese metal cutter wheels. After conducting an investigation into the purported dumping of “Resin Bonded Thin Wheels” from China, the investigation unit of the commerce ministry, DGTR, proposed the enforcement of the levy in September.
